• Active Participation: We expect you to be an active partner in planning and coordination. This means keeping open lines of communication, providing timely feedback, and honoring deadlines and project processes.

Respect is the bar. We expect nothing less.

• Inclusivity and Respect: We work in a women-positive, inclusive environment. That’s non-negotiable. Discrimination, harassment, or disrespect in is terms for termination of contract, immediately.
• Positive Engagement: We focus on solutions, not problems. We expect forward-thinking, respectful and solution-oriented spirit.

We charge what we’re worth. We invest in top-tier creative talent, and our compensation reflects the quality of work we deliver.

• No Free Work, No Exposure Deals: We don’t work for free, and exposure doesn’t pay the bills.
• No Haggling: Our rates reflect the value we bring. We don’t negotiate down our worth, and we don’t expect to justify it. If you’re here, you already know what we’re capable of.

As creators, Womankind Creative retains ownership of all work produced. You receive usage rights tailored to your needs once full payment is made.

• We reserve the right to feature the work in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.
• Modifying or creating derivatives of our work, including AI-generated versions, requires our approval.
• Any third-party elements used will follow their own licensing terms.
• Full rights are granted upon final payment only.
